Senior Technology Transfer Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identification of research and technologies with commercialization potential – collecting and archiving data related to technologies
  • Building, developing, and managing the Institute’s intellectual property portfolio, including preparing strategic recommendations and opinions on the commercial potential of scientific solutions
  • Supporting research teams in technology development, designing commercialization pathways, and preparing for patenting and implementation
  • Conducting market and patent analyses focused on market needs and assessing the implementation potential of research results
  • Participating in the evaluation of research projects and their outcomes
  • Supervising project implementation in terms of responding to market needs
  • Preparing technology valuations based on market research
  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with external partners for the purposes of intellectual property protection, technology transfer, and commercialization of research results
  • Actively contributing to the development of the Institute’s commercialization and development strategy
  • Preparing legal documents and agreements related to intellectual property protection and technology transfer
  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with clinical partners for the purposes of intellectual property protection, technology transfer, and commercialization of research results
  • Preparing and coordinating legal documentation related to the protection and commercialization of intellectual property
  • Participating in negotiations and providing formal and operational support for processes involving technology transfer, licensing, or joint technology development with healthcare entities
  • Working on the development of the RESET tool implementation guide, together with key personnel responsible for overseeing the implementation process, including medical directors, care coordinators, and representatives of nursing and medical teams
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a position related to technology transfer or R&D project management
  • Knowledge of technological trends and emerging technologies, especially in the biotechnology, chemical, green technology, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Understanding of technology transfer processes, intellectual property protection, and patenting
  • Ability to work in a team

  • Accuracy and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform tasks efficiently under time pressure
  • Good command of MS Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
