Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for Łukasiewicz – PORT for the years 2022–2026 was approved and implemented on the basis of the Director’s Ordinance No. 9/II/2022.
Equality and diversity are values that drive the advancement of science. Therefore, it is essential to understand gender equality and the various roles that female and male researchers play in order to help them balance scientific work with other responsibilities—while ensuring financial security and recognition.

The Gender Equality Plan is addressed to all employees of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT, with the goal of making the Institute a discrimination-free and safe workplace.
