Workshops for Teachers

Educational workshops for teachers, representatives of local government education departments, and non-governmental organizations engaged in youth education. The aim of these workshops is to develop key skills essential for supporting children and young people in building the competencies of the future. Our teaching method follows the 20% theory, 80% practice principle.

Participants focus not only on improving technical skills, but also on developing problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and creativity. The program combines practical and theoretical modules, tailored to the needs of participants. A special emphasis is placed on soft skills development such as effective communication, time management, leadership, and creative thinking.

Creativity

This workshop focuses on understanding and developing human creativity. Together, we will analyze how the brains of creative people work and where creativity comes from. Through hands-on exercises and guided strategies, participants will test and enhance their own ability to think outside the box.

Gamification in Education

How can games and game-like elements make education more engaging? In this workshop, we’ll explore the principles of gamification and how they can be applied to the classroom. Participants will design activities that combine fun with learning, discover tools to motivate students, and practice gamified approaches to teaching.

Active Learning

This workshop focuses on interactive learning strategies. Participants will practice techniques such as Think-Pair-Share and active reading, apply creative methods, and strengthen critical thinking. The goal is to explore modern educational activities that can be easily used inside and outside the classroom to improve learning outcomes and support personal development.
