The first workshops in the educational laboratories have been completed as part of the research programme of the PORT Technology Education Center – Gardens of Experience. The project, organized by Łukasiewicz – PORT, the PORT Foundation, and OSRAM, involves 36 students from six selected high schools in Wrocław.

A world-renowned specialist in solid-state and coordination chemistry, Prof. Gerd Meyer, has joined Łukasiewicz – PORT as a visiting researcher. The scientist from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm has been awarded the Alexander von Humboldt Polish Honorary Research Scholarship, granted by the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP).

A Łukasiewicz – PORT scholar has received the Student Nobel! Kacper Albin Prokop, a fifth-year student of Medical Chemistry at the University of Wrocław, has won the award in the category of Natural Sciences and Energy.
