In this project, we will study the molecular mechanisms that regulate brain organization, synaptogenesis, and mouse behavior. The brain is the most complex organ in the human body, and we still have a limited understanding of its organization and function. Its malfunction leads to severe neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. Our laboratory uses a wide range of techniques, including protein complex purification, mass spectrometry analysis, histology, cell culture, genetic manipulations, viral gene delivery, and behavioral testing on conditional knockout mice. By joining the project, you will learn a lot of techniques from various fields of biology, and the results obtained will likely be published in good international journals.<\/p>\n
