The project is based on the\u00a0hypothesis that CD90+ stromal cells play a central role in driving and maintaining peripheral sensory neuron hyperexcitability,\u00a0thereby contributing to persistent neuropathic pain independently of classical inflammation. Your work will focus on the\u00a0preclinical validation of newly identified therapeutic targets using complementary mouse models of neuropathic pain,\u00a0integrating behavioural neuroscience with advanced\u00a0<em>in vivo<\/em> neurophysiology (pharmacological interventions and functional\u00a0calcium imaging and multi-electrode arrays, MEA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will specialise in advanced\u00a0<em>in vivo<\/em>\u00a0neurophysiology<\/strong>, combining behavioural neuroscience with functional optical imaging of sensory neurons. We are recruiting applicants with broad research interests to work on Big Data, multigenomic studies, and computational modeling.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate will join ongoing projects in our team and perform mathematical\/computational modeling. area of \u200b\u200bintegrated photonics and microelectronics. The responsibilities will include participating in the development of photonic integrated circuits technology, supervising research equipment, executing research services, and supporting the team in the implementation of research projects and new technological procedures.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\r\n                        <\/div>\r\n                    \r\n supervision of the technical condition of research equipment and coordination of its maintenance;<\/li>\n<li>collaborating in the preparation of project applications;<\/li>\n<li>collaborating in the
