From 2016 to 2020, I held the position of Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation, and from September 1, 2020, to August 31, 2024, I served as Rector of the Wroc\u0142aw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Joanna Cybi\u0144ska <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a4f5c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a4f5c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Doctor of Science Joanna Cybi\u0144ska, Associate Professor at the University of Wroc\u0142aw, serves as R&amp;D Director and Leader of the Advanced Materials Synthesis Group (AdMat). Her research focuses on the synthesis and optical properties of luminescent materials, particularly inorganic compounds doped with rare-earth metal ions and functional nanomaterials.   <\/p><p>She began her academic career at the University of Wroc\u0142aw, where she earned her PhD and habilitation in chemical sciences. She has also gained international research experience through numerous fellowships, including at the universities of Cologne, Lyon, and Aveiro, as well as at the DESY research center in Hamburg.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f3732b elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"4f3732b\"
