I have gained professional experience both in Poland and abroad, working in institutions at the local government level as well as within state administration structures.  <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"201341983\":0,\"335557856\":16777215,\"335559738\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":240}\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW123214306 BCX8\" lang=\"PL-PL\" xml:lang=\"PL-PL\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW123214306 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">Currently, I serve as Deputy Director at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT Polish Center for Technology Development, where I oversee finance, HR, procurement, administration, IT, and Science Social Responsibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW123214306 BCX8\" lang=\"PL-PL\" xml:lang=\"PL-PL\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW123214306 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Normal (Web)\">I am also responsible for supervising the Virtual Research Institute \u2013 an innovative funding mechanism supporting high-potential scientific projects with strong commercialization prospects. I bring extensive experience in managing international projects and building institutional partnerships.
