We carry out selected research or experimental tasks commissioned by the client, in line with the specification and schedule of an R&D project funded by external sources. Depending on the project\u2019s needs and conditions, full transfer of rights to the results can be granted to the client. Depending on the agreement, project outcomes can be delivered through shared results, full transfer of intellectual property rights, or exclusive\/non-exclusive licensing.<\/p>

We conduct joint research projects in response to a client\u2019s specific needs, with both sides actively involved in completing designated tasks. Each partner is responsible for its part of the work while maintaining independence in using its own resources, infrastructure, and scientific expertise.<\/p>

Intellectual property generated on our side during the project remains our sole property. However, the client gains the right to test and evaluate it for compatibility with their technological needs.<\/p>
