We invite individuals who have not yet received their first vaccine dose to participate in this scientific project. Participants will receive free antibody tests to assess both short- and long-term immunity.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de67a09 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"de67a09\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7cacf0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e7cacf0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"717\">The <strong data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"417\">\u201cImmunity Project\u201d<\/strong> is a scientific program aimed at monitoring and comparing the antibody profile and cellular immune response in patients from the Lower Silesia region who have received vaccines from different manufacturers. The study is conducted by the <strong data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"688\">Population Diagnostics Center<\/strong> at <strong data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"714\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"758\">Who can take part in the project?<\/h2><p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"917\">Adults who have <strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"802\">not yet been vaccinated<\/strong> against COVID-19 are eligible to participate. The study includes individuals receiving one of two vaccine types:<\/p><ul data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1048\"><li data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"978\"><p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"978\">the <strong data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"954\">two-dose Comirnaty vaccine<\/strong> (Pfizer\/BioNTech), or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1048\"><p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1048\">the <strong data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1025\">single-dose COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen<\/strong> (Johnson &amp; Johnson).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1080\">How does the study work?<\/h2><p data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1251\">The study measures the <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1123\">antibody levels<\/strong> in blood samples collected from participants. Antibody levels will be tested three times according to the following schedule:<\/p><p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1316\"><strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1314\">Single-dose COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen (Johnson &amp; Johnson):<\/strong><\/p><ol data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1433\"><li data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1341\"><p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1341\">Before vaccination.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1398\"><p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1398\">Between the third and fifth week after vaccination.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1433\"><p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1433\">Six months after vaccination.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1478\"><strong data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1476\">Two-dose Comirnaty (Pfizer\/BioNTech):<\/strong><\/p><ol data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1574\"><li data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1506\"><p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1506\">Before the first dose.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1535\"><p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1535\">Before the second dose.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1574\"><p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1574\">Six months after the second dose.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1745\">Blood samples are collected by qualified medical staff at the <strong data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1671\">Population Diagnostics Center<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1697\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>.
