Only one week remains before the first international PORT for Health: Neuroscience 2021<\/strong> conference. The three-day event, taking place October 13\u201315, 2021<\/strong>, will feature lectures and discussions focused on affective disorders<\/strong>, neurodevelopmental disorders<\/strong>, and eating disorders<\/strong>. In total, more than 20 presentations<\/strong> will be delivered by renowned experts from around the world<\/strong>.<\/p>

The conference is organized by the Life Sciences and Biotechnology Center<\/strong> at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>.<\/p>

\u201cPORT for Health: Neuroscience 2021\u201d<\/strong> is the first in a series of scientific conferences dedicated to important topics at the intersection of science and medicine<\/strong>, hosted by the Wroc\u0142aw institute of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network<\/strong>.
These meetings will bring together scientists, clinicians, and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry<\/strong> to discuss key issues related to human health<\/strong> and the development of modern biomedical sciences<\/strong>.<\/p>

Main topics of discussion include fundamental molecular mechanisms<\/strong>, disease modeling<\/strong>, drug discovery<\/strong>, and innovative targeted therapies<\/strong> in personalized medicine<\/strong>.
This year\u2019s edition will focus on neurobiology<\/strong>, with a particular emphasis on neuropsychiatry<\/strong>.<\/p>
