program designed for employees of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network, aimed at supporting the commercialization of research outcomes.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d92c4e5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d92c4e5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5552ae5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5552ae5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"673\"><strong data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"426\">Dr. Jacek Marczak<\/strong> and his team <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"454\">JMJ Co-Mat<\/strong>, composed of <strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"498\">Micha\u0142 Pi\u0142kowski, MSc Eng.<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"533\">Joanna Wici\u0144ska, PhD Eng.<\/strong>, won the hearts of the audience and impressed the jury evaluating projects submitted to the new <strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"662\">\u0141ukasiewicz Research Network<\/strong> program.<\/p><p data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"887\">Their project, titled <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"798\">\u201cFunctional hydrophobic coatings with reduced ice adhesion for use in passive anti-icing systems\u201d<\/strong>, was selected among the <strong data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"853\">top five start-up concepts<\/strong> within the \u0141ukasiewicz Network.<\/p><p>In the first stage, submitted projects were evaluated by a <strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1197\">selection committee<\/strong> consisting of <strong data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1266\">start-up development and entrepreneurship advisors<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1314\">\u0141ukasiewicz Research Group representatives<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1348\">\u0141ukasiewicz Center staff<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Authors of the selected proposals took part in a <strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1437\">two-week intensive workshop camp<\/strong> designed to build their <strong data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1509\">business and commercialization competencies<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A total of <strong data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1536\">14 teams<\/strong> presented their innovative projects in the final stage.<\/p><p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1659\">The remaining laureates were:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1819\"><li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1705\"><p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1705\"><strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1680\">Thaliana Space<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1703\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ILOT<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1742\"><p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1742\"><strong data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1717\">Ultar<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1740\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ILiM<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1781\"><p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1781\"><strong data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1755\">Spinel<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1779\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICiMB<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1819\"><p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1819\"><strong data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1795\">Oriolis<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1817\">\u0141ukasiewicz \u2013
