Which skills will be crucial in the coming decades? How is artificial intelligence changing the labor market and the role of leaders?<\/p>

We are living in a time of technological revolution, in which the ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions\u2014including professional ones\u2014is of exceptional importance. These future competencies were discussed by participants of a conference organized on 26 February by \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>, in cooperation with the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce<\/strong> and its Regional Office in Wroc\u0142aw<\/strong>.<\/p>

Experts from the world of business and science, as well as representatives of public institutions, discussed how to better prepare for the challenges of tomorrow and a rapidly changing work environment. It is estimated that artificial intelligence will impact 40% of professions<\/strong>. Speakers and panel participants unanimously emphasized that the leading competencies of the future sought by employers will include: emotional intelligence and emotion management, proactivity and innovativeness, and critical thinking<\/strong>. Business trainer Tomasz Gordon<\/strong> spoke about how to develop these competencies. Employer expectations in the context of ongoing changes were presented by A\u0142\u0142a Witwicka-Dudek<\/strong>, Director of the Business Cooperation Center<\/strong> at the Wroc\u0142aw University of Economics<\/strong>. The results of a report on the professions of the future were presented by business representatives Marta Kozak<\/strong> and Kacper Grabowski<\/strong>. Pawe\u0142 Kurant<\/strong>, Deputy Director of \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>, spoke about cooperation between science and business and about the BASF ECMS Competence Academy<\/strong> program implemented at the institute.<\/p>

Adaptation to technology and labor market needs was the main topic of the panel discussion featuring: Prof. Jaros\u0142aw Bosy<\/strong>, Director of \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 PORT<\/strong>; A\u0142\u0142a Witwicka-Dudek<\/strong>; Konrad Schampera<\/strong> from Schampera, Dubis, Zaj\u0105c & Partners Law Firm<\/strong>; Sylwia Balasa<\/strong>, Director of the Training and Development Division<\/strong> at Kaufland Polska Markety<\/strong>; and Kacper Pupin<\/strong>, co-founder of Redegate<\/strong>.<\/p>

Developing cooperation between scientists, entrepreneurs, and society is one of the objectives of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network<\/strong>, as set out in its strategy. Joint discussions on the changing labor market in times of rapid AI development help representatives of both science and business prepare for the new reality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
