The aim of the project is to develop innovative sensory labels<\/strong> using organic dyes<\/strong>. The resulting indicators will provide information about the storage conditions<\/strong> of a product\u2014for example, whether the cold chain<\/strong> (2\u20138\u00b0C) has been maintained. By applying organic compounds from different chemical groups, it will be possible to monitor multiple storage parameters<\/strong>. A color change in the dye<\/strong> will directly inform the end user about any irregularities during storage.<\/p>

At the same time, the consumer will receive immediate and clear feedback<\/strong> on whether the product has been stored under optimal conditions, ensuring its highest quality. The proposed labels will be characterized by a distinct color change<\/strong> after exceeding a specific temperature, humidity, or storage time threshold<\/strong>.<\/p>

Additionally, the project envisions the development of multi-field labels<\/strong>\u2014capable of indicating changes in all three parameters mentioned above\u2014and\/or single-parameter stickers<\/strong> monitoring only one selected condition.<\/p>
