The main goal of the project is to leverage the potential of the research center to promote science<\/strong>. The planned activities aim to develop opportunities for modern and creative learning methods<\/strong>. Another objective is to ensure that the scientific community is seen as friendly and accessible<\/strong> to a wider audience \u2013 including those who normally do not have the opportunity to directly participate in scientific processes.<\/p>

This applies particularly to educational workshops<\/strong>, which are designed to inspire some of today\u2019s students to pursue scientific careers<\/strong> in the future. A natural extension of these workshops will be training sessions for teachers and education professionals<\/strong>, conducted by our educators.<\/p>

In doing so, we aim to support teachers in their daily educational work<\/strong> and provide them with recommendations for modern teaching methods<\/strong> that incorporate the latest scientific achievements. This ensures a natural and unrestricted development<\/strong> of the teaching process for all participants \u2013 both students and teachers.<\/p>

One of our core principles is to connect scientific research with its practical, real-world applications<\/strong>.<\/p>

During the workshops, each student \u2013 and similarly, each teacher participating in training \u2013 will have the opportunity to explore what science is today<\/strong>, understand its goals<\/strong>, its directions of development<\/strong>, and learn what skills are required to become a scientist<\/strong>. Importantly, the program is designed to align with general education objectives<\/strong> implemented in schools.<\/p>

Our intention is for students, through their participation, to grasp the mechanisms of acquiring scientific knowledge<\/strong>, particularly in biology, physics, chemistry<\/strong>, and related sciences. We aim to demonstrate the importance of the practical aspect of learning<\/strong> in the cognitive process, helping students \u2013 with the support of teachers \u2013 to develop a holistic understanding of the world<\/strong>.<\/p>
