    This project represents one of the first attempts to develop computational models and algorithms<\/strong> for analyzing epidemiological dynamics in conflict and post-conflict settings<\/strong>. Through its interdisciplinary approach<\/strong>, it integrates current advances in computational biology<\/strong>, mathematical epidemiology<\/strong>, machine learning<\/strong>, and operations research<\/strong>, while aligning with modern trends of incorporating human behavioral factors<\/strong> into epidemiological modeling.<\/p>

    The main objectives of the project are to model the spread of infectious diseases<\/strong> during and after armed conflicts, and to identify strategies and decision-support mechanisms<\/strong> for epidemic prevention<\/strong> and public health improvement<\/strong>.
