As part of the PRELUDIUM 21<\/strong> project titled \u201cGallium Nitride Alloys Diluted with Arsenic and Containing High As Concentrations Grown by Metalorganic Vapor Phase Epitaxy\u201d<\/em>, the research involves growth of new materials using the MOVPE method<\/strong> and subsequent characterization of their properties<\/strong>.<\/p>

The introduction of arsenic into gallium nitride (GaN)<\/strong> significantly affects its band structure<\/strong>, making this a promising approach to bandgap engineering<\/strong>.
