Due to the lack of early symptoms, approximately <strong data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"774\">70% of patients<\/strong> are diagnosed only at an <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"818\">advanced stage<\/strong>, resulting in <strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"857\">high mortality rates<\/strong>. The limited effectiveness of conventional cancer treatments has led to the development of <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"968\">immunotherapies<\/strong>, which harness the body\u2019s <strong data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1012\">immune system<\/strong> to fight cancer. However, further progress in this field requires <strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1113\">innovative experimental models<\/strong> that closely mimic the conditions of the human body.<\/p><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1612\">One of the most advanced approaches in disease modeling is the <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1258\">humanized mouse model<\/strong> \u2014 an animal into which <strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1316\">human hematopoietic stem cells<\/strong> are transplanted to reconstitute a <strong data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1386\">functional human immune system<\/strong>. When <strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1408\">tumor cells<\/strong> are introduced into such a humanized mouse, the animal develops a <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1520\">tumor and its supportive microenvironment<\/strong>, including <strong data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1560\">immune cell infiltration<\/strong>, resembling what occurs in human cancer patients.<\/p><p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"2089\">The goal of this project is to <strong data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1676\">develop a research protocol<\/strong> for generating a <strong data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1714\">\u201cpatient avatar\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 a <strong data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1758\">humanized mouse with ovarian cancer<\/strong>, which can serve as a <strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1802\">preclinical model<\/strong> for testing new <strong data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1844\">oncological therapies<\/strong>.
