The system addresses two major technological challenges in the electronics industry:<\/p><ol data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1308\"><li data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1189\"><p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1189\"><strong data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1154\">Coating copper wires up to 1 mm in diameter with a uniform graphene monolayer<\/strong>, unwound from commercial spools.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1308\"><p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1308\"><strong data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1250\">Applying graphene coatings to copper conductive paths<\/strong> on final substrates intended for electronic applications.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1556\">At the initial stage, a system for high-temperature and low-temperature graphene synthesis will be constructed. Next, the quality of the resulting graphene coatings will be evaluated, followed by equipment adjustments to meet market expectations.<\/p><p data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1705\">The project will deliver <strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1637\">two systems for coating copper wires with graphene<\/strong>, for which the following parameters will be verified and optimized:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1873\"><li data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1726\"><p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1726\">coating quality<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1767\"><p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1767\">coating speed and process efficiency<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1795\"><p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1795\">electrical conductivity<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1873\"><p data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1873\">durability of the coating layers suitable for industrial-scale applications<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"2208\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The target group includes companies producing copper wires and electronic components that incorporate copper wiring, as well as companies seeking to optimize processes currently involving gold.
