The objective of the task is the commercialization of scientific research results related to organic compounds and mixtures with thermochromic properties. The following activities are planned within the project:<\/p>

  • Preparation of a technology valuation at its current technology readiness level.<\/p><\/li>

  • Customer analysis, market analysis, and a Freedom to Operate (FTO) assessment to evaluate market potential and minimize the risk of infringing third-party intellectual property rights.<\/p><\/li>

  • Development of a buyer\u2019s journey model, including: identification of priority investment areas, analysis of customer expectations and needs, and creation of a RATER model.<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparation of an implementation business plan enabling a detailed financial analysis of planned activities based on market and FTO findings.<\/p><\/li>

  • Selection of the optimal commercialization strategy and preparation of documentation necessary for the commercialization process.<\/p><\/li>
