Registration for COVID-19 vaccinations for children aged 12–15 has begun. They will receive the Comirnaty vaccine developed by Pfizer.
On June 7, 2021, electronic referrals were issued for COVID-19 vaccinations for children aged 12–15. The vaccination process follows the same rules as for older teenagers. Individuals under 18 years of age are administered the Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccine, which has been approved for this age group by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
Important: For minors, the pre-vaccination screening questionnaire must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present during the vaccination.
A child can be registered for vaccination:
through the online registration system,
via the nationwide, free, 24-hour helpline of the National Health Fund at 989,
or directly at vaccination points.
