Deputy Director for Finance and Operations

For 15 years, I have managed operational processes, cost optimization, and the implementation of development strategies. I specialize in building effective teams, improving business processes, and implementing tools that increase management efficiency. I guide organizations through development and optimization processes, delivering both financial and strategic goals.

I co-created and subsequently implemented cross-border and transnational cooperation programs funded by the European Union. I have gained professional experience both in Poland and abroad, working in institutions at the local government level as well as within state administration structures.

Currently, I serve as Deputy Director at Łukasiewicz – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development, where I oversee finance, HR, procurement, administration, IT, and Science Social Responsibility. I am also responsible for supervising the Virtual Research Institute – an innovative funding mechanism supporting high-potential scientific projects with strong commercialization prospects. I bring extensive experience in managing international projects and building institutional partnerships. I graduated from the University of Wrocław, and in 2024 I completed an MBA in Finance at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
