The Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development has implemented and maintains quality management systems designed to meet client requirements, ensure continuous improvement in the quality of commercial services, and support effective collaboration with scientific partners.

General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
This system has been implemented in selected laboratories. For the Bioanalytics Laboratory, compliance is confirmed by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) through the Accreditation Certificate within the Scope of Accreditation, available here.
The Genetic and Microbiological Diagnostics Laboratory holds a certificate confirming its competence in the evaluation of microscopic specimens, identification, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and the determination of drug resistance mechanisms of bacterial etiological agents of infections. Biotechnology – Biobanking – General requirements for biobanking.
This system has been confirmed by the “Q-label” Quality Certificate issued by BBMRI-ERIC and by a Certificate issued by BBMRI.pl. - ISO 9001:2015-10

Following the development of new areas and competencies, we are also implementing additional quality systems:

Competent staff, appropriate equipment, and adequate testing methodologies ensure the quality of results in which our Clients place full trust.
Accreditation
The Bioanalytics Laboratory operates a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard and holds an Accreditation Certificate No. AB 1661 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, confirming compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 within the scope of the “Accreditation Scope of Testing Laboratory No. AB 1661” (available here), i.e., within the scope of accredited qualitative and quantitative chemical testing by NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy) of organic chemical products.
Accredited testing is carried out by competent, impartial personnel who are bound to confidentiality and remain independent from any pressure from clients or third parties.
