Future Competencies as a Key to Poland’s Technological Development – KOMPET

The aim of the project is to examine and support the development of future competencies, including strengthening human resources in the R&D sector, through activities such as a pilot program for building future competencies and the development of recommendations for a long-term competency development plan.

The pilot program will be addressed to a carefully selected group of participants representing institutions involved in the education of children and young people. During the program, participants will have the opportunity to develop key skills necessary to support education in the area of future competency development. The initiative will focus on enhancing technical skills, creativity, problem-solving, as well as communication and teamwork.

The program will consist of diverse modules that include both practical and theoretical components tailored to participants’ needs. An important part of the initiative will also be the development of soft skills, such as effective communication, time management, leadership, and creativity. All sessions will be delivered by qualified trainers and mentors who will support participants at every stage of the project.

Thanks to their expertise and experience, participants will have the opportunity to expand their skillsets and receive valuable guidance for their professional growth. Progress assessments will be conducted throughout the program to adjust training activities to project objectives and ensure the achievement of optimal outcomes.
