Validation of diagnostic and research tests
We conduct test validation in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard, ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of results. Activities are carried out in compliance with the European Pharmacopoeia, making them aligned with the requirements of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical industries. This is a key step in introducing new diagnostic and research methods to the market.
Microorganism genome sequencing
We perform whole-genome sequencing of microorganisms using the MiSeq (Illumina) platform, following the PN-EN ISO 23418 standard. The service enables precise identification, analysis of genetic diversity, and strain comparison. This is an effective tool in epidemiological research, quality control, and therapeutic development.
DNA extraction from environmental samples
We provide direct DNA extraction from environmental samples according to the PN-EN ISO 11063 standard, enabling the analysis of microorganisms in soil, water, or air. Isolation of nucleic acids from various sources
We offer extraction of DNA, RNA, miRNA, cfDNA and ctDNA from a wide range of samples: clinical, biological, environmental and food-related. We ensure high-quality material necessary for precise molecular analyses. This service is useful both in diagnostics and in scientific and industrial research.
Genetic identification of microorganisms
We perform genetic identification of microorganisms using Sanger sequencing of selected gene regions (e.g., 16S rDNA, 18S rDNA, 28S rDNA, COI, ITS). This method allows precise determination of species and differentiation of strains. It is a standard in microbiological and biotechnological analyses.
Product testing in accordance with the Polish Pharmacopoeia
We offer microbiological testing of sterile and non-sterile products—cosmetics, food, medical and pharmaceutical products. Tests are carried out according to the requirements of the Polish Pharmacopoeia, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards. We can adapt the testing to individual client needs.
Real-time PCR (qPCR)
We perform quantitative assessment of microbial gene presence in samples using real-time PCR technology, compliant with the PN-EN ISO 17601 standard. This method enables rapid, accurate detection of pathogenic microorganisms. It is widely used in sanitary-epidemiological control and diagnostics.
Comprehensive characterization of microorganisms
We offer full characterization of microbial strains—from isolation, through biochemical analyses, to genetic identification and phenotype assessment. Analysis of Bioburden
We determine the level of biological contamination of materials and products in accordance with PN-EN ISO/TS 22456. This testing is essential in the pharmaceutical, biomedical and technological industries, where microbiological purity control is crucial. The results help assess the effectiveness of sterilization and microbiological risk.
Assessment of Viable Microorganisms
We perform identification and characterization of viable microorganisms on surfaces and in products used in healthcare, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 11737. These tests allow evaluation of the microbiological quality of raw materials, components and packaging. It is an essential element of quality management systems in production.
Lyophilization and Strain Banking
