Educational Workshops

Who are the workshops intended for and what topics do you offer?

Our current offer is available in the “Offer” section.

Can I reserve more than 30 spots?

Our facilities allow us to comfortably conduct workshops for up to 30 participants.

Is there a parking spot for a coach bus?

Yes, designated parking for buses is available near Building D. Details can be found in the “Contact” section.

Is there a place on campus where participants can eat their meals?

We provide space where groups can eat meals brought with them. We do not have vending machines, cafés, or snack bars.

What is the ticket price for adults and children?

All pricing information is available in the “Pricing” section.

What are the opening hours of the Gardens of Experiences?

Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 15:00.

How long do the workshops last?

Depending on the workshop type, sessions last either 60 or 240 minutes.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

The workshops take place on the ground floor (no stairs). We also have an accessible restroom.

I left an item at your facility (e.g., a hat). How can I retrieve it?

Do you organize private events?

Do you offer discounts for regular visitors?

We offer loyalty cards that allow participants to collect stamps. After collecting the required number of stamps, one workshop is free of charge within the following 3 months.

I have a loyalty card for a free workshop – how do I book a session?

Please select a convenient date in the registration form on the website and choose “Cash payment” as the payment option. Present the loyalty card to the staff before the workshop begins.

Is it allowed to take photos during the workshops?

Yes, provided all participants consent to image processing.

Can I receive an invoice for the workshop?

If you would like an invoice, please inform our staff before making the payment. The invoice will be issued and sent via e-mail within 14 working days.

I cannot reach you by phone – what should I do?

Please contact us by e-mail. We will respond within 24 hours.

Do you have a gift shop?

No, we do not have such a store.

Can I pay by bank transfer after booking a session with “payment on site”?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Please cancel your booking through the confirmation e-mail or contact us by phone or e-mail: +48 727 555 144 / +48 727 552 417.

I booked sessions for 24 people, but on the day fewer/more may attend. What should I do?

In the case of a change in the number of participants by 5 or more people, we ask that you contact us by email.

I booked sessions for 23 people, and 19 showed up. Do I have to pay for the no-shows?

If payment is made on site, the fee equals the number of participants attending. If payment was made in advance by bank transfer we are unable to refund the funds.

Where should I come for the sessions?

The science workshops take place in Building C. All directions are provided in the “Contact” tab.

Do you offer gift vouchers or cards?

We offer gift vouchers for selected sessions for a specified number of participants. The voucher price is listed in the “Pricing” tab.

How do I book double sessions?

For that you must go to the “Reservation” tab, and then in the “Choose workshop” field select double sessions. Please pay attention to the times listed in the heading.

Will children be provided with safety gear?

Every participant receives a lab coat before the workshop begins.

What are the payment methods for workshops?

We have two options – payment in advance by bank transfer (during booking) or card/cash/BLIK on site, directly before the session.

If I am late, does the workshop time start upon my arrival?

We run according to a fixed schedule, which must be adhered to. Therefore, in the case of tardiness the workshop time will be shortened accordingly to the delay.

Do I pay for the declared or actual number of participants?

Payment is for the actual number of participants, minimum 600 PLN.

Birthday party

Do I need to include the birthday child in the payment for the workshop?<br>

Yes, the birthday child is included in the total number of participants.

Can siblings participate in the birthday workshop?<

Yes, siblings may take part in the workshop.

Does the child need to dress in a specific way or bring anything?

We do not have any dress code requirements. We recommend something comfortable.

If I am late, does the birthday time start from the moment I arrive?<br> <br> <br>

We operate on a fixed schedule that we must follow. Therefore, if you arrive late, the birthday time will be shortened accordingly.

What is the latest time I can change the reservation date?

You may change the reservation date no later than 12:00 p.m. on the business day preceding the birthday event.

Will there be birthday decorations and tableware in the room?

Decorations and tableware are the responsibility of the birthday child’s family. The Gardens of Experiences provide only the event space and the workshops.

Do I pay for the declared or actual number of participants?

Payment is for the actual number of participants, minimum 600 PLN.

Can the guests’ parents stay inside the building during the birthday party?<br>

Of course. However, we ask parents to stay in the designated dining area and not enter the laboratory during the workshops so as not to distract the participants.

Is there a café/restaurant where parents can wait for their children?<br>

We do not have a restaurant area or vending machines with coffee/snacks.

Is a deposit required for the birthday party?<br>

We do not charge a deposit.

Is parking available on the Łukasiewicz – PORT campus?<br>

Yes, please inform the gatehouse attendant about the purpose of your visit (Birthday in the Gardens of Experiences).

Can parents take part in the laboratory workshops?<br>

Only the birthday child’s parents may participate in the workshop.

Do you offer workshops for people with special needs?

Yes. To arrange such a workshop, please contact us by email or telephone.
