WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:
• higher education (Master’s degree)
• at least 5 years’ experience working on research projects or European programmes;
• very good knowledge of the funding rules for national and international projects;
• experience of working with funding bodies, including the European Commission;
• experience of dealing with supervisory and audit bodies;
• skills in financial analysis, planning and risk management;
• very good knowledge of MS Excel and financial and project management systems;
• very good command of English in the fields of finance and project management
OPIS STANOWISKA:
About the role:
New position opened at P4Health will be strategic to support P4 Health Centre Director in principal administrative deputy and operational management of the project.
Codzienne zadania
• principal administrative deputy and operational management of the project deputy of P4 Health Director
• active support P4 Health Director in preparing for external evaluations, Scientific Advisory Board meetings, governing board meetings, and funding agency reviews by coordinating documentation, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring implementation of follow-up actions
• play a central role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Centre while contributing to its long-term strategic development and sustainability
• act as the primary interface between the Centre and institutional administrative departments
