We also provide proven templates for reports and contracts, while our technology transfer specialists actively support clients in identifying results eligible for legal protection or commercialization. We guarantee comprehensive protection of developed technologies by securing appropriate patent rights or by classifying solutions as trade secrets.
We offer collaboration in three core models
Subcontracting
We carry out selected research or experimental tasks commissioned by the client, in line with the specification and schedule of an R&D project funded by external sources. Depending on the project’s needs and conditions, full transfer of rights to the results can be granted to the client. Conditional contracts may also be signed, coming into effect once funding is secured—allowing project timelines to align with actual financial resources.
Private Model
We conduct work financed directly by the client, fully customized to their individual needs, technological objectives, and project specifics. This model allows for both open-ended research with partially unpredictable results—typical of innovative projects—as well as goal-oriented tasks with clearly defined outcomes.
The client gains access to the expertise of our internationally recognized researchers and the ability to leverage our specialized know-how, including experiment design and technology development. Depending on the agreement, project outcomes can be delivered through shared results, full transfer of intellectual property rights, or exclusive/non-exclusive licensing.
Collaboration in this model is highly flexible, taking into account opportunities for further development of results and their commercial application.
Partnership Model
We conduct joint research projects in response to a client’s specific needs, with both sides actively involved in completing designated tasks. Each partner is responsible for its part of the work while maintaining independence in using its own resources, infrastructure, and scientific expertise.
Intellectual property generated on our side during the project remains our sole property. However, the client gains the right to test and evaluate it for compatibility with their technological needs.
If the evaluation is positive, intellectual property rights may be acquired under mutually agreed terms—either in full or partially, for example limited by time, territory, or industry sector.
