Check your immunity!

Would you like to check your immunity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus after vaccination or recovering from COVID-19? Łukasiewicz – PORT has introduced a new test that measures the level of antibodies responsible for fighting the coronavirus. One test is enough to assess your complete immune status!

Łukasiewicz – PORT has expanded its offer with a test that measures the level of antibodies protecting against COVID-19. Microblot Array tests enable comprehensive identification of immunity — both post-vaccination and post-infection. Unlike most tests available on the market, Microblot Array detects antibodies against several key SARS-CoV-2 antigens, allowing the identification of both types of immunity in a single analysis.

Advantages of the test

  • Determines whether patients who have recovered from COVID-19 have developed post-infection immunity.

  • Measures antibody levels produced after infection and after vaccination.

  • Differentiates antibodies specific to SARS-CoV-2 from those formed in response to common human coronaviruses that cause mild colds (such as NL63 or 229E).

  • Distinguishes anti–SARS-CoV-2 antibodies from those generated by other highly infectious coronaviruses such as SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV.

The antibody level test is intended for vaccinated individuals, those planning vaccination, and COVID-19 convalescents.

The Łukasiewicz – PORT offer includes

  • Standard test – one antibody test (PLN 110)

  • Special offer – discounted standard test (PLN 100) for individuals who have received at least one vaccine dose or took a private coronavirus test at a Łukasiewicz – PORT point after May 1, 2021

  • “Post-vaccination immunity monitoring” package – two tests: the first at least two weeks after vaccination, the second within eight months after the first test (PLN 190)

  • “Comprehensive immunity monitoring” package – three tests: the first before vaccination, the second at least two weeks after vaccination, the third within six months after the first test (PLN 240)

How does the test work?

For each test, a small amount of blood (3 ml) is collected from the patient by qualified medical personnel from the Population Diagnostics Center. No special preparation is required.

Sample collection takes place at the Mobile Testing Point (container located in the campus courtyard).
