Together for Horizon Europe

The project “V4 Leadership for Horizon Europe – Telemedicine” is being successfully implemented by partner institutions: the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development (PL, Wrocław), the International Clinical Research Center at St. Anne’s University Hospital in Brno (CZ, Brno), and the Research Centre for Natural Sciences (HU, Budapest). The project leader is the Slovak University of Technology – Faculty of Electrical Engineering (SK, Bratislava).

With the support of the Visegrad Fund, an expert cooperation network has been established with the aim of developing joint plans for international projects in the field of telemedicine, including cardiology, neuroscience, population diseases, and related technologies.

In December, January, and February, seven online meetings were held. Project proposals will be submitted as joint applications to the Horizon Europe programme—the European Union’s key funding programme for research and innovation—as well as to other international programmes. The implementation of this project will increase the competitiveness of scientific institutions from the V4 countries.
