What's new at Łukasiewicz – PORT?

Four days, over 40 speakers—including participants from Canada, France, the Netherlands, and Spain—meetings, discussions, and conversations. The Symposium on Advanced Technologies and Materials (ATAM 2022), held on 06/09/2022–09/09/2022, has come to an end.

Do you need a COVID-19 test result? You can now get tested free of charge at Łukasiewicz – PORT swab collection points! We invite you to take part in the CoVSens research project, whose aim is to develop a new test for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Registration for the international conference PORT for Health: Oncology 2022 has begun! Following the success of last year’s edition dedicated to neurobiology, this year Łukasiewicz – PORT invites participants to a meeting focused on cancer research. The conference will take place on 28/09/2022–30/09/2022.
Scientists from Łukasiewicz – PORT have been recognized in the Polish Product of the Future competition! A composite anti-icing coating developed by the Composite Materials and Coatings Team led by Dr. Jacek Marczak received an award in the competition organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the National Centre for Research and Development.

The Director of Łukasiewicz – PORT, Dr. Andrzej Dybczyński, has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of EIT Health InnoStars, an organization bringing together leading European innovators in the field of health. He will represent all Polish partners within the organization.
