VACCINATIONS FOR CHILDREN AGED 12-15
Registration for the COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 12-15 years has started. They will receive the Pfizer vaccine.
On June 7, 2021, children aged 12-15 received e-referrals for vaccination against COVID-19. Vaccinations will be similar to those for older adolescents. Persons under 18 years of age will receive the Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine only.
Note: for minors, the parent or legal guardian must sign the initial interview questionnaire and be present during a vaccination.
You can arrange vaccination for children:
- by e-registration available at https://www.gov.pl/web/szczepimysie/,
- via the nationwide (free and 24/7) helpline of the National Health Fund at 989,
- directly at the vaccination point.
People who chose the Łukasiewicz – PORT vaccination point can make an appointment for vaccination by calling 71 734 74 00, from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Łukasiewicz – PORT vaccination point situates on the Pracze Campus (ul. Stabłowicka 147).
You can get to the place by train (to the Wrocław-Pracze station), by bus lines 101 and 103 (Pracze Odrzańskie – Kolejowa stop), and by car – free parking is available on site.
