Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development has implemented and maintains management systems that are designed to meet customer requirements and constantly improve the quality of services provided. Competent personnel, appropriate equipment and recognized research methodologies ensure the quality of research results, which allows gaining full trust of all Clients.

GLP – GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICE

Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development implemented work principles in selected laboratories in accordance with the requirements set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of May 22, 2013. regarding Good Laboratory Practices and performing tests in accordance with the principles of Good Laboratory Practices and OECD DPL guidelines. Good Laboratory Practices is a system of quality assurance required by law for non-clinical laboratory tests, used to assess the properties of substances and mixtures in the field of safety and health for man and the environment.

logo akredytacji PCAThe laboratories of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT Polish Center for Technology Development have implemented a management system that meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard.

Fulfilling the requirements of the aforementioned standard is confirmed by a Certificate of Accreditation of the Polish Center for Accreditation. The scope of accreditation is available HERE (in Polish only). Information is also available on the website of PCA.

Commercial activities are conducted at the research laboratories with accreditation. All research is performed by competent, impartial personnel who is independent of any pressure on the part of the customer and other parties.
Laboratories guarantee customer confidentiality and the possibility of filing complaints.
