Gender Equality Plan (GEP – Gender Equality Plan) for Łukasiewicz – PORT for the years 2022-2026, was approved and will be implemented on the basis of the Director’s regulation No. 9 / II / 2022. Equality and diversity are values that contribute to the development of science, therefore it is very important to understand gender equality and the nature of the various roles played by scientists in order to help them reconcile the responsibilities arising from scientific work and other tasks in a sense of economic security and appreciation. The Gender Equality Plan is addressed to all people working in the Łukasiewicz – PORT Research Network, and its aim is to ensure that the Institute is a safe and non-discriminatory workplace.
