Winter holidays with science at Łukasiewicz – PORT

The PORT Technological Education Center – Gardens of Experiences invites you to family winter holidays with science (February 20-24, 2023)! Registration for free workshops for children with guardians has begun!

Children aged 4-10 and their guardians can participate in family workshops. During classes in the Łukasiewicz – PORT educational laboratory, they will experiment together, explore the secrets of science and have fun!

Collective participation in workshops is a perfect opportunity to spend time creatively and actively and gain new experiences. Our program:

• Liquid Secrets, during which participants will experience a great adventure in the world of primary and secondary colors, learning how to combine them and make a colorful foam that increases its volume.

• Kitchen Laboratory, which will reveal to participants the scientific secrets of molecular gastronomy. Young scientists learn about spherification techniques and – with the help of their guardians – they will prepare edible “colored capsules” while practicing the various reagents and laboratory glassware use.

Schedule:

A maximum of 7 children with their guardians can participate in each class.

You can register by e-mail at: ogrody.doswiadczen@port.lukasiewicz.gov.pl from February 6, 2023, until the limit of places is exhausted (booking confirmation you will receive via e-mail).

Participation in the class is free. The language of classes is Polish.
