VACCINATIONS FOR 16 AND 17-YEAR-OLDS
Registration for the COVID-19 vaccine for teens aged 16 and 17 has started. They will receive Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine.
On May 17, adolescents aged 16 and 17 received e-referrals for the COVID-19 vaccine. Youth under 18 years of age will receive the Comirnaty vaccine by Pfizer, which is the only vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency for use in people aged 16+.
Note: for minors, the parent or legal guardian must sign the initial interview questionnaire.
You can arrange vaccination for a teenager:
- by e-registration available at https://www.gov.pl/web/szczepimysie,
- via the nationwide (free and 24/7) helpline of the National Health Fund at 989,
- directly at the vaccination point.
People who chose the Łukasiewicz – PORT vaccination point can make an appointment for vaccination by calling 71 734 74 00, from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Łukasiewicz – PORT vaccination point situates on the Pracze Campus (ul. Stabłowicka 147).
You can get to the Pracze Campus by train (to the Wrocław-Pracze station), by bus lines 101 and 103 (Pracze Odrzańskie – Kolejowa stop), and by car – free parking is available on site.
