Super-resistant soap bubbles
Why does water spread on some surfaces but forms droplets on others? Why can some objects or animals float while humans sink? The answer lies in hydrophobic and hydrophilic phenomena — which participants will explore hands-on. Young scientists will also learn how to use these properties to make longer-lasting soap bubbles.
Age group:
Grades 1–3, primary school
Preschoolers (4+)

In the land of volcanoes
We’ll explore what we know about volcanoes: which ones are active, which are dormant, and whether they’re dangerous. Participants will learn about the Earth’s structure and whether lava can be cold. Each child will build their own volcano and trigger its eruption. Mixing, adding, experimenting — fun guaranteed!

Grades 1–4, primary school
Preschoolers (4+)

The secrets of liquids
Participants will dive into the world of primary and secondary colors and how they mix. Using lab glassware, they’ll create colorful foam that expands. Why does this happen? What’s the difference between hydrogen peroxide and tap water? Find out in our mobile lab!
Age group:
Grades 1–4, primary school

Chemical snakes
Young chemists will become snake charmers — creating their own safe, plant-based “snakes” using sodium alginate. These chemical creatures are fun, fascinating, and totally safe.

Preschoolers (4+)
Grades 1–6, primary school

Water-repellent paper
When raindrops hit a leaf, they bead up. But on paper, water is immediately absorbed. Can we make paper behave like a leaf? In this workshop, participants will discover how to create water-repellent paper using simple science!
