Training offer
We invite you to participate in training sessions for teachers, representatives of education departments of local government units, and non-governmental organizations engaged in active youth education.
Objective:
To develop key skills necessary to support the education of children and youth in the area of future competencies.
Working Method:
20% theory, 80% practice.
During the workshops, participants will focus on improving both technical skills and problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and creativity.
Training Program:
The program consists of various modules incorporating both practical and theoretical elements tailored to the participants’ needs. An important part of the workshops will also be the development of soft skills such as effective communication, time management, leadership, and creativity.

Training offerings
Creativity
This training will focus on human creativity. We will analyze the brains of creative individuals to understand where their creativity comes from. Participants will complete several exercises and receive guidance to help them assess and improve their creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
Duration: 4 hours
Number of participants: up to 15 people
Price: PLN 180 per participant, minimum PLN 1300 per training session
Gamification in education
This training will focus on gamification in education. We will explore icebreakers and game-based learning. Creative skills will be put to use, and participants will learn about gaming technologies that can be applied both in and out of the classroom. They will become familiar with modern educational gaming platforms.
Duration: 4 hours

Active learning
This training will focus on active learning. We will analyze techniques such as Think-Pair-Share and active reading. Creative skills will be utilized, and critical thinking will be developed. Participants will discover modern educational activities that can be used in and outside the classroom to enhance learning and develop personal skills.
