The main purpose of Project is to develop novel type of graphene electrodes for applications in low-cost MOTFT (metal oxide thin-film transistor). For such electrodes the modification of Work Function shall be performed with application of different kinds of admixtures. During the Project, special emphasis shall be put on doping of electrode by thin metal lic layer, metallic nanoparticles as well as self-doping by Ar ions.
Developed Work Function modification methods of graphene electrodes for MOTFT could have crucial influence on their application in the field of photonics as well as different kinds of displays.
The international consortium is consisted of Chair of Applied Laser Technologies, 3D-nano, Wroclaw Research Centre EIT+, 4Jet technologies GmbH, EdgeWave GmbH, Chair of Electronic Materials and Nanoelectronics and Evonik Industries AG.
